HOW WE DO

FAMILY

We invite all Michigan crew members, festival performers, workshop leaders, and craftswomyn to purchase tickets for themselves and their family members, with 'family' defined however feels right to you for this gathering. Please note that only alumnae who worked or performed at the festival are eligible to purchase tickets.

GENDER

Like Michfest, this gathering centers lesbians, dykes, and queer individuals who have experienced femaleness, whether currently or in the past. We trust individuals to decide for themselves if this is a space that feels right for them and ask that no one assume or question anyone else’s gender identity. We respectfully ask that cis men in your family refrain from attending.

CHILD(REN)

We welcome children of all ages who are female, non-binary, or trans, as well as cis boys up to ages 10-12. However, we understand that every child is unique, and some families may feel that their cis boy under 12 has outgrown this environment, while others may feel their 13-year-old still belongs. We encourage you to make the choice that feels right for your family, in conversation with each other and with community members, to determine whether this gathering is a good fit for your child(ren).
